Purpose: An opportunity to invite legislators, state officials and the general public to see and discuss the recent happenings and the impact of RT 66 and the RT 66 Grant has had on community improvement and economic development in Communities across the state. We will have a display of Oklahoma Department of Tourism RT 66 and will notify the House and Senate that RT 66 Towns from across the state will be in that day.
The opportunity for interaction with your legislators will be as involved as you make it. Contacting them to visit your displays will be up to you and your volunteers.
Examples:
- Bring signs, posters, and banners of your project
- Bring food samples to share at your display: people like food, drinks, and snacks
- Bring staff/volunteers to meet and greet all visitors at your booth
Only partners wanting to host a table need to register on this site, but anyone can attend.
Registration will close at 5PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

- Unloading may be done at the west loading zone doors, where there are carts available
- After unloading, your vehicle must be moved to visitor parking
- The elevators run very slowly, allow yourself additional time
- Tables are 6ft long, and you must provide your own tablecloth
- There will be 2 chairs per table
- Things may not be attached/stuck to walls
- Electricity: there are a limited number of electrical outlets, so you so you must supply your own heavy-duty extension cord, and power strip if desired. There are 26 tables, but only 16 with electrical outlets. Please note that cords cannot run across walking areas.
- You can give away items at your booth (drinks, snacks, stickers, etc.) but you cannot sell any items
